Helioloss #695-B

After witnessing the forced evolution of a magikarp into a red gyarados PoryCo established within the Pokémon Research Facility an experiment on rage. If rage can induce new forms in previously fully evolved Pokémon like Primape then what could it offer other Pokémon?

Based on the PoryCo CEO’s apperent hatred for Helioloss he volunteered the pokemon for experimentation. The heliolisk was induced into fits of rage and panic. Over time it was no longer able to expel its absorbed solar nergy, instead holding it within itself. Whether due to chemical interference or a logical evolution the electrical energy that once powered the heliolisk seemed to build up and transform into a spectral, ghost-like energy that would leak out from this new pokemon’s frills. Much like lizards have been observed to do the heliolisk also lost limbs in attempt to escape, but rather than regrow these appendages they were instead replaced by this new internal energy.

Renamed Helioloss after the loss of its limbs this odd creature can be found thumping about its cage, still attempting in its futility to escape confinement.
